Does Glycolic acid and nivea cream really works? 🎀

Hey ladies, I'm looking for suggestions. I've been using Kojic acid and vitamin c on my face to have the brighter looking skin, and then I came across a tweet where some girl was saying Glycolic acid and nivea cream works better to whiten face, body and underarms.

I wanna ask if it's actually true. did anyone ever try it? please let me know
