Smart way to show orientation (-90° to +90°) of multiple data points?

We measure the orientation of oval holes in different materials.
So we have an excel row that looks like this:

Currently we have simple bar graph, but I was thinking it would look way cooler to have something like a point cloud along a half-circle. Showing the actual orientation and frequency.

Any suggestion what goes in the direction of my idea and what to google for?
