Are these too fancy?

I just got these dresses recently and have yet to wear them! Mostly because I don’t know if they are formal or casual? What kind of restaurants can I wear them too? My worry is that they will be too fancy for a regular date night at the wine bar by my house or maybe that is the appropriate setting for these? I don’t have any formal occasions coming up that I could wear them to and I work from home so I wouldn’t need to wear them for my job.
