Moving an array of cells automatically
HI, so I'm trying to make an agenda in excel, and now I'm left with the issue of having to move all the cells with text down by 7 each week (don't ask why). Literally how do I do this?? I'd rather not use a formula, because i need to write tasks in those same cells. The internet has been no help either.
