Officine Universelle Buly: Product Quality?

Sorry if this isn’t quite the right sub but I was struggling to find the right place to put this… Has anyone purchased a lip balm from Officine Universelle Buly, and if so, what are your thoughts on it?

I was in Paris last week and bought a personalised lip balm from the Galeries Lafayette location. After one day of use the writing on the protective velvet case has smudged off (now it just says “Universelle Buly”) and I’m not really convinced by the quality of the lip balm? Maybe I’m just used to thicker consistencies, because this is very light and oily, but it doesn’t feel like it’s doing much for my lips. Am I applying it incorrectly?

Would love to hear what others think and whether the faded writing has happened to anyone else! Thanks!
