Forth update on my sick chicken; she’s better but I’m getting worried

What is happening to her? For some context, I let her outside and she was outside for around an hour and a half. I’ve just brought her back in and I’ve fed her some water with some nutrients in it. She’s been doing this all day and I’m not sure what is happening. Hopefully it’s the same as the gargle noise and it’s nothing bad, but I’m just a bit worried.
