No-rinse face cleansers?

I've always used wipe-off cleansing creams/lotions bc of psoriasis & rosacea, my skin is beyond dry. Micellar water isn't the same thing as a proper deep-clean cream cleanser.

The problem is there are only a handful on the market that require no water. I used Ponds Cold Cream for years but they changed the formula. Then after a long search, I found Simple Purifying Cleansing Lotion (it broke me out). A couple of others were good but have been discontinued.

I've ordered Avene Tolerance Cream Cleanser & if I like it, great.. but it will probably be discontinued too. Why are they so hard to come by? Does anyone else have this problem? At least I know I'm safe with my moisuriser (Nivea Creme).. That'll be around forever lol.
