Five weeks in Southern Africa - An amazing time

| Last summer I had the chance to spend five weeks in southern africa and had an amazing time there. I did a mix of solo travel and guided tours which were very well worth it. I started in Cape Town, Southafrica, visited Cape of Good Hope and made my way up to Namibia. In Namibia we made it once through the country, starting at the Orange River (border between South Africa and Namibia), going via Fish River Canyon and Sossusvlei Desert to Swakopmund. From there we went on to Etosha National Park and saw 4 of the big 5 there (Elephant, Rhino, Lion and Leopard). Further to the Okavango River and through the Caprivi Strip to Botswana. After a short stay in Chobe Nationalpark we made our way to Victoria Falls, where I spent some time on my own. In Vic Falls I booked a second tour, going back into Botswana and spending two nights camping in the Okavango Delta. Made it back to Zimbabwe via the Salt Pans and spend a day Rhino tracking in Matobo Nationalpark. From there we went north to Hwange National park and back to Victoria Falls. My highlights were the Sossusvlei Desert, animal sightings in the different national parks, the two nights camping in the Okavango Delta and the Rhino tracking in Matobo.
