Ways to look prettier & more girly? Like more feminine (traditionally feminine)

What are some ways to look prettier? Be it with makeup, clothing etc, what styles and accessories could help me to look prettier and more "girly"? 😊

The type of feminine I mean:

Think Marilyn Monroe, that kind of feminine, lots of lace, dresses and heels, (I unfortunately can't afford much right now so I'm looking for multiple ways to look more feminine as it's when I feel my best) :/

I'm not saying I want to look old Hollywood! I do not, just that typical idea of a feminine woman style. 🌹
