Where to travel to this month

Hello everyone, trying to book a last minute trip from the US. what are some good destinations to visit in mid-April? I prefer beach and city trips. My top candidates are Guanacaste, Costa Rica or Barcelona, Spain or ABC islands (I have only been to Aruba before), or Isla Holbox + Isla Mujeres combo (I have been to Cancun and Tulum before). Some recommendations/advice would be greatly appreciated. Would prefer flight less than 15 hours from CA and little to no rain. One week total.
