MPC question

I am not a 1st Timer with my current Passport but a "1st timer" with the current ESTA, authorized in November 25 but not yet used.

So my question is: since they allready have all my data, Fingerprints etc from my last ESTA in 23/24/25, can i use the MPC line or not?
