my eyelashes have been growing in weirdly-should i do anything to fix this?

please remove if this post isn’t allowed! recently i’ve been paying more attention to my eyelashes and i’ve noticed i’m growing some on my eyelid rather than my eyelash line. i also have a lot that grow in crooked or even curved and if i try to move it to straighten it, it just bounces back to being curved or sideways. i don’t wear mascara often, anywhere form 3-5 times a month, and i usually curl my eyelashes when i put on mascara. i noticed though, after curling and putting on mascara, i’ll have lashes that basically lay across others horizontally, and i’ll have to use tweezers to straighten them out. i often feel like there are eyelashes in my eye, most of the time im able to see them and get them out but sometimes the feeling doesn’t go away and there’s no eyelash to be found. i’ve had my lashes tinted once and never had a lash lift. would a lash lift fix this? and should i pluck the ones growing on my eyelid, or is it better to just leave them alone? is this normal, and everyone eyelashes look like this, and im just spending way too much time in front of the mirror? thank you so much to anyone that can help!
