Skin care recommendations

Hey everyone! I’m look for some skin care recommendations!

Some important things to note:

I’m pretty new to skin care and trying to keep things pretty basic (I’m about to have my first set empties ever)

I’m 30 years old

I don’t have acne but do get the occasional milia

Have normal skin, it’s not oily or dry

My skin is mildly sensitive

I hate lavender and am allergic to tea tree

I live in Florida so I am in the sun often and not looking for anything that could cause issues with that

I also wax my eyebrows so nothing that could cause issues with wax

Would love budget friendly

This is my current line that I use morning and night though I obviously leave out the spf at night. I don’t love or hate any of the products but I was using the Byoma toner before switching to the mist because I did not care for the stinging feeling of the toner.
