Having issues between sheets with my color filling

On all the forms I have ever made I use the same color fill for certain things. This one form I made recently comes out strange. On the screen it looks exactly like it should, but when I print it there’s these giant spaces between the tiny dots that make up the color. If you zoom on the solid color fill, you should be able to see the little dots that make it up. On this sheet I can see the dots with my naked eye. It’s VERY noticeable. To the point where another person asked me why it looks like that. It’s not super important and doesn’t have any real effect on anything, but I’m super OCD about my formatting and this is driving me nuts. Every other form I print is still fine. It’s just this one specific form. I have no idea why there’s an option to add photos to posts here when they don’t allow you to post photos, but I have pictures if anyone is curious and I didn’t explain it very well. I was planning to just post a picture 🤷🏻‍♂️

All the formatting is the same. Everything I can think of at least. It’s all general formatting with the same font and the same color for the fill etc…

Anybody have any ideas why it’s happening?
