Storage Question

I have gotten a lot of camera stuff over the past few months. A few hand me downs from my dad, bought them myself etc. I now have a collection of items in the corner of my room, and a friend has recently said to me that the way I store my stuff makes him want to cry. He said to buy big plastic boxes that are airtight, have foam cutout inserts to put the camera/lens into and add the weird silica gel packs or reusable dehumidifiers to them. this way, after research is optimal for low budgets, which I have.

I then bought 4 big containers, with the foam inserts, that fit the description gave to me of temu. arrival time is 21st of May. insta cancel order. Now im gonna do the the whole make the foam inserts myself, but im having trouble actaully finding suitable containers and foam. Any recommendations, kinda at a loss here. preferably UK stores if there isnt international shipping that wont take months to arrive. also not going to buy a dry-box, way to expensive for current me.
